While I never really stopped, I did seem to be at a weird stand-still for a while. Turns out I had an estrogen imbalance and I was low in chromium...or have. I'm still working through it. I'm happy to announce that I am actually losing weight now. It has to do with how I eat, the supplements/vitamins that I take (and that the doctor prescribed), exercise, and having projects to focus on.
I wrote it all down in case someone out there wants to read the general gist of it. Just click on the file for the PDF. I call it the Mid-Balance Diet because it tends to hit at middle age.
It will take you on a crazy food journey paired with exercise and the urge to start a project or take on some hobbies
